Terms of Service
These terms explain how DoorHQ services, checkout pages, payments, delivery, and usage work.
1. Acceptance
By using DoorHQ websites, submitting an application, booking a call, or purchasing a package, you agree to these terms. If you are acting for a company, you confirm you have authority to accept these terms for that company.
2. Services
DoorHQ provides website, local SEO, owner-acquisition, funnel, tracking, and related growth services for property management companies. Package scope is the scope shown at checkout or agreed in writing. Search visibility, traffic, leads, rankings, and revenue are not guaranteed.
3. Payments
Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as Stripe or NOWPayments. DoorHQ does not store full card numbers. Crypto payments, if available, may be discounted and are subject to network, provider, and exchange-rate conditions.
4. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate business details, access credentials, brand assets, domain information, service areas, approvals, and feedback needed to complete the work. Delays in providing materials or approvals may delay delivery.
5. Delivery, Revisions, and Ownership
Delivery timelines begin after onboarding materials are received. Unless otherwise agreed, you own the final approved website content and implementation created specifically for you after payment is complete. DoorHQ may retain ownership of reusable methods, systems, templates, components, internal tools, and know-how.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Because website and SEO work begins quickly after purchase, payments are generally non-refundable once onboarding or production work has started, unless required by law or agreed by DoorHQ in writing. Contact us promptly if there is a billing issue.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse DoorHQ services, interfere with systems, submit unlawful or misleading information, copy protected materials without permission, or use the services in a way that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DoorHQ is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, rankings, traffic, or business opportunities.
